A brand new dual-function mixer derived from the classic GL Series, the most popular mixers in the world for mid-range mixing applications.
One glance at this new design will confirm that Allen & Heath's design experience and knowledge has been distilled into one amazingly capable console.

Combining the proven features of the best-selling GL3300 and the latest features of the GL2800, the GL3800 is destined to become a leading 8-bus console for live or recording work.

The GL3800 is the latest edition of the highly-successful GL3000 family, which has proved to be the ultimate mixer package for fixed installations over the last 10 years. It has all the professional features required for day-in, day-out use in theaters, houses of worship and concert halls: high specification, high quality feel and exceptional sound performance, while its rugged construction and individual circuit board design ensure that the GL3800 is built to last a very long time.

The GL3800 has internal circuitry to autoswitch a second PSU where a fail-safe operation is desirable, and now with ultra-smooth dual rail K faders.

The Feature Set :
The GL3800 offers the same top class performance and comprehensive feature set as the more compact GL2800. In addition, it includes a stylish integral meterpod with 11 LED-illuminated, moving coil VU meters with built-in peak indicators . This provides the best of both VU and peak responding LED metering.

Quality :
The GL3800 uses the same silky smooth, high quality dual rail faders found in top end consoles costing many times the price. It offers a stylish, larger format, premium quality option to the lower priced GL2800.

Choice of frame sizes include : 24, 32, 40, and 48 channels.
