The Bricasti Design Model 10 remote console is a dedicated hardware remote controller for use with the M7 stereo reverb processor.

Following the same design criteria as the M7, the M10 is also designed to be simple to use, and easy to interface; utilizing a standard RS422 serial interface.

In application, it can be very useful when using more than one M7 or when there is a need to be more in the sweet spot when making adjustments in a large mixing environment.

Bricasti Design M10 Remote Control Features :
  • Custom milled solid aluminum casing and buttons, fine finished and anodized for an enduring design and classic look.
  • Controls up to eight different M7s.
  • Connects to the M7 via RS422 nine-pin serial cable. A 30' / ten meter cable is provided.
  • Serial "Loop Thru" to connect more M7s.
  • DC power supplied through cable
  • Eight meters for four stereo pair, metering four machines at once.
  • Machine selection by a dedicated machine key:

o Press machine key and use Jog Wheel to toggle through multiple M7s.
o Press machine key and use the 1-4 keys to access any machine when controlling several M7s.
o Use the up and down keys to change banks to control more than four M7s.
  • Same clear displays as used in M7
  • Same user interface as the M7 with Machine and Setup keys added
  • Simultaneous control of the M7 from front panel and / or M10 available
  • Setup key for M10's local memory, configuration and settings

The M10 connects to the first M7 via an RS422 serial cable with power supplied from the M7. Further M7s are connected using a simple serial "loop thru", enabling connection of up to eight simultaneous M7 processors.

The Bricasti Design Philosophy
An important design goal was to share a consistent human interface with the Bricasti Model 7.
Consequently, the Model 10's control surface is simple, elegant and easy to use. The new M10 puts control where and when you want it — at the critical sweet spot while making acoustically sensitive adjustments within any mixing environment.
Whether controlling one or multiple M7 processors, the M10 lets the user build a system to their precise needs.
