If you, like many DAW users, have abandoned the analog mixing desk, you may find yourself scrambling for a way to control your playback levels, and a way to feed audio sources to your monitors and headphones. This Coleman passive monitor controller will do all of that and more. It has four stereo inputs to accommodate DAWs, and CD players, and three outputs, one of which can be fixed at a level appropriate for metering or headphone amp feed.
The Coleman Audio M3PH mkII's control room signal path is completely passive, with a four gang stepped attenuator, that tracks within ±.05dB. This ensures accurate, and repeatable stereo imaging at any level.
Individual mute switches allow speaker isolation and a phase reverse switch helps you check the integrity of the audio path. A four input source selector and three balanced outputs provide numerous monitoring options in any application.
