DSD uses a sampling rate of 2.8224 MHz, which is 64 times the rate CD-Audio uses. The result is a pristine signal that’s ready to be mastered to SACD or DVD-Audio. The onboard 60GB hard drive provides more than 60 hours of recording time, making the DV-RA1000 HD a must for live two track recording.
