Lynx LT-FW L-slot Interface for Aurora 8 & 16 Converter
The Lynx LT-FW is a FireWire L-Slot interface for the Lynx Aurora 8 and
Aurora 16 A/D-D/A converters, allowing the converters to be used with
Windows or Mac computers. It is a FireWire 400 interface that allows up
to 32 channels of analog and digital input and output at sample rates
up to 96 kHz. At 192 kHz, the user can access 16 channels of analog and
digital I/O.
If you have a MacBook Pro, an Aurora converter, a
quality multichannel mic preamp and select microphones, for example,
you now have a fully functional 16-track portable recording studio that
can fit in the back of a Miata. You can record at sample rates up to
192 kHz with this rig, as well. Features: - Two FireWire 400 (IEEE-1394a) ports
