7 Slot PCI to PCI Expansion Systems
MAGMA's patented 7 Slot 32-bit/33MHz PCI-to-PCI Expansion System accommodates seven full-length 32-bit or 64-bit PCI cards in a separate enclosure (tower or rack-mountable) that connects to a host desktop or server through an available PCI slot. With MAGMA's patented PCI Expansion Technology, everything installed in the enclosure actually acts as if it's inside the host computer. This is accomplished by the chassis communicating to the host via a 1 or 1.5 meter cable and a short 'universal' PCI host card providing up to a 132MB/second data transfer rate between the host computer and the hardware within the chassis.
