This is a stereo version of the R 14 Ribbon Microphone with a head that swivels 90 degrees. It also comes with it's own stereo matrix so it can be run in three channel stereo mode or AB mode.
Using the same ribbon as the original R14, this ribbon has proven to be both versatile and reliable for both studio and live sound reinforcement. Because of its high SPL capability this is the perfect mic for guitar cabinets, drum overheads, and many other acoustic applications such as acoustic guitar and grand piano.
