Telefunken AC701 Tube NOS (Vintage)
By the Early 1950s The AC701 Tube was developed for a new microphone...The M49 to replace the MCS2 tube used in the first M49's manufactured. The AC701 went on to become the main tube used in all newly developed Neumann microphones during the 1950's including the M50 and the entire KM tube series. In later years the AC701 popped up again via the vastly different sounding M269 and its stereo twin the SM69.
