The Fender Vintage Pro 1959 Precision Bass NOS is a member of the Fender Custom shop ''New Old Stock'' (NOS) collection. These instruments are built using the original tooling and production techniques of their original era.

It is as if this Vintage Pro 1959 Fender precision bass had been discovered in a warehouse after many years during which it was never played, and bearing little or no signs of age or wear.
This outstanding '59 Fender bass has a select alder body (ash with 2 tone sunburst finish) with a "Thinskin" nitrocellulose lacquer finish, C-shaped maple neck with a 7.25"-radius round-laminate rosewood fingerboard and twenty 6105 medium jumbo frets, two vintage Precision Bass single-coil pickups, American Vintage Precision Bass bridge, vintage-style reverse tuners and a three-ply parchment pickguard. The Fender P Bass comes with a hardshell bass case, strap, cable, and certificate of authenticity.
