Once you submit your offer we will contact you to confirm your information. If your offer is accepted you will be contacted by Sonic Circus and required to pay a 25% deposit. The balance is due prior to delivery on or before November 30th. Sonic Circus reserves the right to accept or reject any offers. Due to the nature of this sale we will be unable to answer detailed questions about the inventory.

Terms and Conditions

The amps are sold "as is". Sonic Circus has the right to sell the equipment. Seller warrants that at time of delivery it will have good title to the equipment and that it will be free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, security interests, claims, charges and liabilities. All sales are final and shall not be invalidated due to any defect or fault in the equipment or further, due to any incorrect description by the seller or his agent. SONIC CIRCUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE. Except for the express warranties set forth in this agreement, seller makes no other express warranties. In no event shall seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits sustained or incurred in connection with the equipment hereunder or performance of services hereunder, or resulting from delays in delivery of the equipment, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, including negligence and strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not such damages were foreseen or unforeseen. Seller is not responsible for harm or property damage as a result of use of this product.
