The silvertone 1471 was one of the most popular amps of the 60's. Great warmth and character out of this small package. Crank it up for a smooth and light drive. 5 watts of power into an 8″ speaker. This is one sweet little amp, with simple volume and tone controls and two inputs. Only the left input works and the volume control is a little dirty but it is in over all good condition. it has a Silvertone 12AX7A, Silvertone 6V6 GTA and TUNG-SOL 6X4W tubes, volume, tone and on/off switch. Sears sold a ton of them, and it still enjoys great popularity in collectors and players today. Owned and used by the famous Indigo Ranch Studios, Sonic Circus now has the privilege to sell this classic amplifier.
